1. DPO in charge of managing the user's personal data

40, VAT number 02747990907, external manager (henceforth Data Controller), protects the
confidentiality of the personal data of users (from now on also "interested") of
thePreview Sassariapp and guarantees the protection necessary from any event
that could put them at risk of violation.
Personal data will in no way be disclosed or disclosed to indeterminate
subjects.
Rights of interested parties (users)
The user, at any time and free of charge and without special charges and formalities for the
request, can:

The Data Controller must proceed in this sense without delay and, in any case, at the
latest within one month of receiving the request. The deadline can be extended by two months,
if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests received by the Data
Controller. In such cases, the Data Controller will inform users of the reasons for the
extension within one month of receiving the request.

Complaint
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial action, the user can lodge a
complaint with the competent supervisory authority, or the one that carries out his duties and
exercises his powers in Italy where he has his habitual residence or works, or if different in
the Member State where the violation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 occurred.
Policy change
Each update of this information will be communicated promptly and by appropriate means, and
the same will be communicated if the Data Controller will continue to process the data for
purposes other than those referred to in this information before proceeding, and in time to
obtain explicit consent if necessary.
